Post Offices
You can pay your credit card debt and deposite money in your own account or others accounts with 2.5 TL fee at online post offices (PTT) in the cities that do not have a Bank Asya branch.
More than 3000 post offices offering service throughout Turkey are also service centers for Bank Asya customers. You can make transaction free of charge at all post offices in Turkey.

Transactions That Can Be Performed at Online Post Offices
- Credit Card Debt Payment
You can pay your Bank Asya credit card debt without paying any extra fee at Post Offices.
You must just tell post office clerks your 16-digit credit card number and payment amount. You can also pay your supplementary card debts giving your card number and payment amount.
The payments can be viewed in your credit card transactions within the same day.
Card holders do not need to pay their card debts in person or have their cards with them during the transaction. For the transactions performed by third parties TR Identity Number is required.
Post office clerks do not view your credit card debt information for customer confidentiality; thereby you must tell post office clerks the debt amount that you will pay.
- Cash Deposits
You can deposit money (TL, USD and EURO) in your own account or others’ accounts at online post offices.
You must tell post office clerks the currency, receiver account number or AsyaNakit card number linked to the account, and the amount that you will deposit.
Money that you deposit with your AsyaNakit card number will be sent to your current account linked to your card at Bank Asya. You can deposit money in savings accounts only on due date. All transactions are performed against a collection document at post offices.
At online post offices;
- If you make the transaction before 12:00 p.m., the amount is transferred to your account after 02.00 p.m.
- If you make the transaction after 12.00 p.m., the amount is transferred to your account after 07.00 p.m.
Please note transfer time when performing a transaction at post offices, if it is a transaction that time is highly important like cheque payments.
