Customers who apply for Turkcell Mobile Signature between 05.09.2009 and 05.11.2009 earn 100 credits/25 minutes. The customers who login to Bank Asya Online Banking 3 times during the campaign get the opportunity of earning additional 150 credits / 40 minutes.

Mobile Signature is an application which improves the security of our customers during online shopping, and is equivalent to handwritten signature.

By Mobile Signature you can login to Online Banking at will without using your static PIN or Şifreci.

You can participate in the campaign following Personal Information / Security > Mobile Signature > Turkcell Mobile Signature Pre-application buttons at Online Banking.

• Customers who apply for Turkcell Mobile Signature between 05.09.2009 and 05.11.2009 at Bank Asya Online Banking can participate in the campaign of 100 credits/25 minutes.


• By 1 December 2009 additional 150 credits/ 40 minutes will be topped up to the mobile phone lines of the customers who login to Bank Asya Online Banking 3 times during the campaign.


• Turkcell Mobile Signature application requires a change of SIMPlus128 SIM Card. New SIM Cards will be delivered by courier to the addresses of the customers whose cards are not corporate cards, twin cards or double cards and who reside in Adana (center), Ankara, Antalya (city centers of Antalya ve Alanya), Bursa, Gaziantep (center), Istanbul, Izmir, Kocaeli, Konya (center), Mersin (center). The customers who reside in other cities must get their cards from the nearest Turkcell Extra shops.


• Each customer is allowed to participate in the campaign only with one GSM number.

AsyaCard DIT wins “the best new credit card product launch” award at the Cards & Payments Europe Awards 2009, held in the Czech Republic on 18th of June 2009.

Bank Asya was the only Turkish Bank to qualify for the finals where entrants competed in 10 different categories. Asya Card DIT has taken its place among the world’s most developed multi function credit cards with this latest award. Thanks to this contactless and offline basis working credit card, users are able to realize purchase immediately and pay at electronic collection system points ( KGS) as well.

“Instant Issuing Banking Model” is used by Bank Asya. Individuals can get their cards from branches in very short time. Currently there are approximately 400.000 AsyaCard DIT in use.

Bank Asya customers in Turkey can use a single card for both contact and contactless payments, perform secure remote transactions, and pay to cross the Bosphorus bridges.

MasterCard® and Bank Asya launched Asyacard DIT – a multi-application chip and PIN card, combining the power of MasterCard EMV OneSmart features with an integrated municipal toll and transit application to create one of the world’s most versatile and advanced bank cards. The card also offers the additional benefits of MasterCard PayPass™ contactless technology.

Using the AsyaCard DIT, Bank Asya customers can pay in over 109,000 merchant locations worldwide. The card also includes MasterCard Chip Authentication Program (CAP), a secure two-factor authentication technology, which allows customers to securely access online account information. The PC-connected version of the CAP personal card reader for AsyaCard DIT also enables cardholders to securely top-up offline balances for PayPass payments and to securely interact with public transport applications.

AsyaCard DIT is the first contactless credit card in Turkey that can work on an offline basis using a PayPass MChip. Thanks to the system AsyaCard DIT authorizes the purchase immediately. Bank Asya uses the "Instant Issuing banking" model in it's branches. Individuals can get their AsyaCard DIT from the branches in a very short time.

Asya Katilim Bankasi A.Ş. (“Asya”, or “Bank Asya”), is very pleased to announce the successful close and signing of their US$ 50 million syndicated Murabaha Financing Facility. ABC Islamic Bank (E.C.), Standard Chartered Bank and Unicredit Markets & Investment Banking (acting through Bayerische Hypo- und Vereinsbank AG) are the “Mandated Lead Arrangers” for the Facility. The closing was marked by a signing ceremony which was held in Istanbul on April 13th, 2007 and was attended by the senior management of Bank Asya.

The Facility has been structured as a dual 1 and 2 year tranche facility. Proceeds of the Facility will be used by Bank Asya for its general financing activities.

The syndication achieved significant oversubscription and Bank Asya elected to increase the facility to US$ 175 million. Strong support came from banks in the region and international banks from Europe, with a total of 40 banks including the Mandated Lead Arrangers participating in the financing.

Fitch Ratings, the international rating agency, has affirmed Turkey-based Asya Katılım Bankası's (Bank Asya) Long-term foreign and local currency ratings of 'B'.

At the same time, the bank's Individual rating has been affirmed at 'D'. The National Long-term rating is affirmed at ‘BBB (tur)’.

The Short-term foreign and local currency and Support ratings are affirmed at 'B' and '5', respectively. The Outlook on all Long-term ratings is Stable.

As of September 1st, 2005, all banks and private finance houses will have assigned an International Bank Account Number (IBAN) to their customers' YTL and foreign currency demand deposit accounts.

This conveniece will enable our customers to transfer funds solely by providing their assigned IBAN number instead of going through the tedious process of selecting the city, name of bank, and brach which was previously considered mandatory information.

You can learn your IBAN number by visiting any of our branch locations or by logging into your account through our internet banking service. ALO ASYA Telephone Banking can also provide you with your IBAN number.

EFT transactions can now be conducted at our ATM locations until 3:30 pm. Express EFTs can be sent to the recipient's name, account number, or paid directly to a credit card number. These transactions are free of all commission charges.

Express EFTs allow for fast and easy access to EFTs that you conduct on a regular basis. By entering and saving the recipient's name, account number, and branch location, customers can save valuable time while conducting their transfers.

By using our ASYA24 ATM locations, customers can view their;
- Express EFT information
- Select the EFT information that applies to their transaction, enter the amount, and immediately realize their transaction.

Express EFT transactions can be conducted at ASYA24 ATM locations on weekdays from 00:30 - 15:30. The daily limit for Express EFTs is YTL 5,100.
