The Bank's capital structure and other financially relevant information will also be listed in an effort to ensure that our shareholders are fully informed.
To retain information pertaining to shareholders in a safe and secure environment while ensuring that all information is up to date.
To inform shareholders by making sure that all significant and beneficial information is made available in annual reports,
To ensure that shareholders receive correct and timely information regarding the Bank. This applies to all information that is made public.
To inform shareholders on the outcome of General Assemblies.
To supervise and monitor on all matters related to informing the public including the Bank's information policy and legislation
All necessary steps are taken into account to ensure customer satisfaction with regard to banking services received.
