Duties of Investor Relations Group

• Setting up a section on the website of the Bank in order to inform the shareholders about important developments concerning financial structure, like partnership structure, board of directors, annual reports, capital structure, subordinated loans and the news that are of particular concern to the shareholders, like quarterly statements of profit-loss and resolutions of general assembly,
• Keeping shareholders information reliable, secure and updated,
• Ensuring that useful information is shared with the shareholders in annual reports,
• Ensuring that shareholders receive correct and timely information about the Bank, except the confidential business information, and to update available information,
• Informing the shareholders about the resolutions of the general assembly,
• Supervising and tracking all the issues related to public disclosure including legislation and disclosure policy of the Bank,
• Taking all kinds of measures to ensure investor satisfaction with the banking services.
